Örsta 1
There is now an opportunity to rent Örsta 1 during the summer – a unique seasonal home in one of the area’s most spectacular locations. The house is elevated on a small hill, offering sweeping panoramic views across the archipelago, with the sea directly below the property.
Here you live close to both nature and the sea in a peaceful setting with immediate access to the water. The views and location are what make this place truly exceptional – an environment few have the chance to experience during the summer months.
The property offers four sleeping places and has a simple standard, with an outdoor toilet and outdoor shower, enhancing the authentic archipelago experience and allowing the surroundings to take centre stage.
Örsta 2
Next door to Örsta 1 is Örsta 2 – another small paradise with the sea right on your doorstep. Here, you live in a fantastic location close to the water, with nature constantly surrounding you.
The property offers two smaller bedrooms as well as a separate guest cottage, providing space for both family and visitors. There is also a covered veranda, creating a natural gathering place throughout the summer days.
The standard is simple, allowing the unique setting and the genuine archipelago atmosphere to take centre stage.
General Information
Our holiday homes are rented on annual contracts from April 1 to March 31, with automatic renewal unless notice of termination is given at least three months in advance.
The definition of a holiday home means that the property may not be used as a primary residence, nor may you register your official address there. However, you are free to use the property as much as you wish.
We carry out a credit check before offering a rental contract. As a guideline, the rent for a holiday home should not exceed 10% of the household’s disposable income. If multiple applicants show interest in the same property, a lottery selection may be applied.
