Responsibilities

As an employee within the agriculture business area at Bordsjö Skogar AB, the main focus is on the modern crop production and animal husbandry carried out on Mörkö. The role includes all practical aspects of crop farming, conducted both organically and conventionally. In addition, the position involves support functions such as service and maintenance of our modern machinery fleet and other technical equipment.

The company is currently expanding its beef production on Mörkö, with a focus on finishing. Grazing animals are a central part of our cultural and natural landscape. As an employee, you will actively participate in all aspects of this expansion and its ongoing management.

The majority of the work takes place within the agriculture business area. When needed, work within the company’s other business areas—real estate & contracting, forestry, and hunting—may also occur. The role includes on-call duty.

Profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about modern agriculture and wants to contribute to the continued development of primarily the practical aspects of the business area. We expect you to have solid experience in crop production, preferably both organic and conventional. A spraying certificate is an advantage, as is experience in animal husbandry, as well as relevant licenses and certifications within agriculture/forestry.

As a person, you are proactive and solution-oriented. You thrive in a structured environment with a high degree of personal responsibility and are good at prioritizing your work. You are attracted to a smaller production unit and the team spirit and flexibility that characterize the organization.

There is an option to rent housing from the company if needed.

Driver’s license (Category B) – additional licenses are an advantage
