General Information
Viewings are open to everyone who has registered in advance and received confirmation. Interest for a property is submitted after the viewing via a web form.
We carry out a credit check before offering a rental contract. As a guideline, the rent for a permanent residence should not exceed 40% of the household’s disposable income. If multiple equally qualified applicants apply for the same property, selection may be determined by lottery.
